We have carefully cellared it to give a beautiful smoothness and great intensity of flavour. It is wonderful to appreciate now and will also continue to mature gracefully for at another 10 years (if you can hold on to it for that long).

      This wine perfectly represents the personality of our vineyard.  We have carefully cellared this wine to allow the beautiful elements of maturity to shine through.  It is wonderful to appreciate now and will also continue to mature gracefully for another 10 years.  
  • Cellar Release A full bodied concentrated wine with earthy spice, dark cherry and cocoa flavours.  The tannins are velvety soft. The lovely aged complexity adds great dimension and depth of flavor.
  • CELLAR RELEASE

    This wine is showing some great density while retaining lovely fruit characteristics.  With the cellaring done for you it is drinking beautifully now.  Having said that, you could certainly mature it for another 10 years if you own a cellar.

  • CELLAR RELEASE The dry grown Grenache bush vines are about 90 years old. The Grenache fruit was blended with Shiraz (26%) to create a rich full bodied wine. The gnarly Grenache vines grow fruit packed with flavour and earthy savouriness. It has Turkish delight and tart cherry characters  with warmth and sweetness, and savoury dusty tannins. This wine is now showing some beautiful aged characters together with a great retention of fresh fruit. Single Vineyard, own vineyard. Vines approx. 90 years old. Ferment initiated by wild yeast Handpicked, Hand plunged Matured in old French Oak Unfined (so vegan friendly!) & Unfiltered
  • CELLAR RELEASE Dark chocolate, black currant, cherry, olive and crushed leaf flavours together with aged complexity and dense tannins. With the cellaring done for you it is drinking beautifully now. Having said that, you could certainly mature it for another 10 years in a good cellar.
