Red Art Grenache 2016

Full of life and elegance, the Grenache 2016 expresses beautiful raspberry, rose hip and bright red berry flavours, balance by an enduring savoury line,  and some earthy spice. With only old oak used for a 10 month maturation this highly fragrant wine tells the full story of a delicious Barossa old bush vine dry grown Grenache.

Vines planted in 1886.

This is what the UK’s most influential wine writer, Matthew Jukes, had say:

“Made with 20% whole bunch and old oak, this beauty has a sensational nose.  The pale colour is so enticing and it stands with one foot in the ancient camp and one in the modern.  Silky and light but also chalky and clean, this is a red cherry fruited wine with immense charm and drinkability.  It is a classic example of a superb, balanced and effortlessly enjoyable Grenache.”  18/20
