Our 2015 vintage Red Art Shiraz is a fabulous example of the fruit expression our vineyard delivers. It is a young wine that is delicious now, but will definitely continue to develop in the bottle for many, many years to come, so a great one to pop away in the cellar.
This is what the UK’s most influential wine writer, Matthew Jukes, has to say about it:
“Taken from three blocks, roughly half their 5-acre vineyard. There is 10% whole bunch used in this wine and it sees a brief two weeks on skins. French oak is used and it is mainly old, with only one new barrel employed in this vintage. Once again, this is a wine with stunning purity and thrilling balance. Complexity, calm and control are the mantras here and you will adore these wines if you are in a mellow, unhurried mood.” 18.5/20 matthewjukes.com
