Our 2016 vintage Red Art Shiraz is a full bodied wine with fabulous fruit expression.   We have 3 separate blocks of shiraz on our little single vineyard, and each plot provides different characters and tannin profiles.  Together they create a wine with great depth and layers of flavours. Picked when the fruit just achieves full ripeness, the tannin is well developed.  Maturation in mostly older French oak allows the single vineyard characters to shine through without strong oak influence.  It is a young wine that is delicious now, but will definitely continue to develop in the bottle for many, many years to come.
