• We have only 6 magnums available. One magnum can be purchased with any dozen order of Rojomoma wines. Our 2018 vintage Red Art Shiraz is one of our best vintages so far. It is a full bodied wine exploding with complexity. Delicious flavours of black fruits, liquorice, blackberry pie, espresso martini, dark chocolate, charcuterie, earthy spice and black pepper are augmented by smooth silky full tannins.    We have 3 separate blocks of shiraz on our little single vineyard, and each plot provides different characters and tannin profiles.  Together they create a wine with great depth and layers of flavours. Picked when the fruit just achieves full ripeness, the tannin is well developed while the fruit remains fresh.  Maturation in seasoned French oak allows the single vineyard characters to shine through without strong oak influence.  This wine is stunning to drink now but will continue to cellar well for many years to come. • Our highly awarded 2016 vintage Red Art Shiraz is a full bodied wine with fabulous fruit expression.   We have 3 separate blocks of shiraz on our little single vineyard, and each plot provides different characters and tannin profiles.  Together they create a wine with great depth and layers of flavours.  Maturation in mostly older French oak allows the single vineyard characters to shine through without strong oak influence.  This wine will continue to develop in the bottle for many, many years to come. Trophy: Red Wine of Provenance, National Wine Show of Australia 2017 The Red Wine of Provenance Trophy awards the best and most age worthy red wine in Australia.  Three vintages of the same wine spanning 10 years are judged as a group, assessing the consistency of quality and expression over time.  In 2017 our Red Art Shiraz vintages 2016, 2010, 2006 won this very important trophy. Decanter May 2023 96 points From a family-run micro-winery founded by sixth-generation Barossan vigneron Sam Kurtz and his wife Bernadette Kaeding, who also designs all the labels for their range. The Shiraz vines on their 5ha Ebenezer site were 20 years old in this moderately warm vintage; the fruit (some left as whole bunches) was handpicked and fermented with wild yeasts in open-top vats, basket pressed, then aged 15 months in seasoned French oak.  Decanter judges comments: Justin Knock MW "Intriguing aromatic complexity, savoury, elusive, peppercorn and cured meats, turmeric and sage. Silky and charming, beguiling." Tina Gellie "Gorgeous youthful purity on the nose, pretty and lifted, full of florals, berries and exotic smoky spices. Compelling, a lightly dancing and breezy Shiraz with good structure." Roger Jones "Clean and focused with a smoky element, blackcurrants, spice, restrained. A classy wine full of promise, ripe fruit still at the fore but a lovely complexity, too."

  • Wild Scarlet Shiraz Cabernet is a classic blend which synergises the richness of Shiraz with the dark cocoa of Cabernet Sauvignon.  The gentle use of oak adds a further dimension and creates a wine ready to drink now, but can also be matured for 10 years.   Named after the pretty ground cover Kennedia Prostrata, with stunning red flowers, and native to our vineyard in the Barossa, Wild Scarlet celebrates the beauty of our much loved wine region and the surrounding conservation parks that we enjoy hiking in.
  • Wild Scarlet Shiraz is a bright, youthful wine full of fresh dark fruit, earthy spice and full round tannin.  Attractive oak and a soft mouth feel created a wine which is delicious to drink now, but can also be matured for 10 years.   Named after the pretty ground cover Kennedia Prostrata, with stunning red flowers, and native to our vineyard in the Barossa, Wild Scarlet celebrates the beauty of our much loved wine region and the surrounding conservation parks that we enjoy hiking in. "Rojomoma’s Wild Scarlet Shiraz leverages Sam Kurtz’s intuitive winemaking into creating an affordable, estate-level creation, but with a couple of his trademark flourishes that you expect only to find on his more expensive wines. While this wine is ripe, glossy and pure with an actively forward air, there is an impressive degree of complexity, which has been tempered so as not to slow this wine down, beneath the bonnet. This means that while this is a precocious Shiraz, it sacrifices nothing in length or amplitude of fruit flavours, resulting in a grand vin framework with immediate drinking flavours."

  • The 2023 Red Art Grenache is a stunning vintage. A highly perfumed wine with exotic spices, rose petal, strawberry, maraschino cherry, musk lolly and summer florals with a white pepper finish. A lovely fine tannin rounds out this moreish wine. Our  beautiful old dry grown bush vines have once again delivered a flavourful complex wine. Vines planted in 1886.
  • The 2017 vintage delivered a very aromatic wine. It is a strong vintage with a powerful structure.  As always, our Cabernet shows the full range of varietal characteristics from the fresher leafy elements through to delicious cocoa, and everything in between.
  • Chiaro (key-ah-row) is the bright, lively, modern wine in our range. A blend of hand picked Grenache and Tempranillo, it is a fabulously vibrant wine with flavours of raspberries, cherries, rhubarb, red liquorice and cranberry. Chiaro is fresh and crunchy with a silky texture.  The zesty finish sings!  Enjoy this wine in its youth and chill lightly. We have taken the word Chiaro from the Italian art term 'chiaroscuro' which describes the use of light and shade. 'Chiaro' is light, and 'scuro' is dark.
